Alan is nothing short of fantastic. My hunch is that he has even more attention to detail than I do, which is saying a lot. He arrived on time and the days he said he would, and made sure his team was very respectful of our space. I especially appreciate that he is EPA certified and takes protection against lead poisoning very seriously. I wish all contractors bring the awareness he does to a project.
